These assignments are a part of the course Computerlinguïstiek presented at the University of Antwerp in the fall of 2003. The students of this course need to perform the following assignments for the part Statistical Natural Language Processing:
The answer can be handed in at Campus Drie Eiken, room J0.07 (Erik Tjong Kim Sang) or be sent by e-mail to erikt@uia.ua.ac.be . Questions about the assignments can also be asked there.
The answers for these assignments need to be handed in by Friday December 19, 2003.
The first practical assignment (1) is optional. If you wish you can make the assignment and turn in your answers with the rest. Answers for assignment 1 will be checked but they will not influence for your grade.
