During the last four years NOS Teletekst has been the organization that provides the fastest online results of the Tour de France stages. Their pages are in Dutch but still interesting even if you do not speak the language. Please note that due to the popularity of their Tour de France pages the NOS Teletekst web server might be difficult to access between 13:00 and 16:00 GMT (15:00 and 18:00 EMT summertime). Check out Yahoo! if you are looking for up-to-date live stage reports in English.
People that want to organize their own game and need software can check out the freeware software by Edwin Kuipers and René van Geest (in Dutch).
