NOS Teletekst was the organization that provides the fastest results of the Tour de France stages. Their pages are in Dutch but still interesting even if you do not speak the language. Please note that due to the popularity of their Tour de France pages the NOS Teletekst web server might be difficult to access between 13:00 and 16:00 GMT (15:00 and 18:00 EMT summertime). Check out Yahoo! if you are looking for up-to-date live stage reports in English.
