Fabian Cancellara of Switzerland won the prologue of the 2010 Tour de France. He needed exactly ten minutes for the 8.9 km race (average: 53.4 km/h). Tony Martin of Germany and David Millar of the UK were second and third respectively. Cancellara also claimed the first yellow jersey of this year's race.
